You can also go forest bathing by yourself. The DIY-podcasts on this page can help you to connect with nature on your own. 

 

How does it work?

  • You go to a forest or other natural area of your choice.

  • Bring your phone or other device to play your podcast audio-guide with.

  • Find a spot where you can stay comfortable and safe.

  • Play one of the podcast audio-guides and connect with nature.

  • Every session starts with a guided meditation that will help you to open your senses and end with a sitspot.

  • Every session includes one other forest bathing invitation. If you want more forest bathing, play multiple sessions.

  • You can let the audio guide play when you're doing the invitation. The guide will tell you when it's time to stop. 

  • It's best if you don't use headphones, so you can hear al the natural sounds around you. Be mindful of the people around you and try not to disturb them.
