We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new Nature Connection venture Beneath the Canopy.
What began as simple coffee catch-ups between Orlagh Walsh from Danú Forest Bathing and Cat de Wit from Forest Bathing Wicklow has blossomed into something truly special, and before long, creative sparks flew.
We teamed up to co-create forest bathing e-booklets and launched the Beneath the Canopy podcast, where we help our listeners to connect with nature in an easy and accessible way. From there we collaborated more and more with events for the general public as well as network events for small business owners like ourselves. And we have many more ideas for the future. So we took the leap:

To celebrate this beautiful new chapter, we warmly invite you to our (Re)Launch Party on Saturday, the 30th of August. Expect good vibes, light refreshments, nature based activities, an official re-launch moment, and a glimpse into what’s happening next… Beneath the Canopy.

Celebrate the autumn equinox with a retreat designed to nourish your body and soul. Join Orlagh and Cat in a stunning forest, where we take a nature connection walk and do some forest bathing, letting the vibrant energy of midsummer awaken our senses.
After immersing ourselves in the healing embrace of the trees, we'll pause with herbal tea and some light snacks before moving into deep relaxation with a sauna session at the Glendalough Sauna. A little piece of heaven in a stunning location. Alternating between the comforting heat and refreshing dips in a flowing river. Let the water cleanse and rejuvenate, mirroring the balance between light and dark the equinox brings.
