A fun-filled hour of forest bathing with your little ones. With games, a scavenger hunt, a nature-based story and some exploration of the forest, it's fun for all the family. Best suited for 3-7 year olds but all ages are welcome.

Forest Bathing in the dark
7.30 PM - Roundwood, county Wicklow
Experience nature like never before on our forest bathing walk in the dark. The woods are different at night. Different sounds and smells surround us. While our eyes take a back seat, our other senses become more dominant, and we experience different sensations. This is your invitation to awaken your senses to the unique beauty and tranquillity of the night. We will gather in a small group and head into the forest in a safe manner. I will guide you through the dark forest with a series of forest bathing invitations, designed to awaken your senses.

Join me under the full moon for this unforgettable experience and let the magic of the forest at night rejuvenate your soul. This event starts at 7.30 PM and will last for approximately 90 minutes. Book your spot now and embrace the wonder of the natural world after dark.
