Join Orlagh in the beautiful surroundings of Fernhill Park & Gardens for a rejuvenating forest bathing walk. The theme of this walk is: Slow Emergence into Spring. After a restful Winter, Spring is finally beginning to reveal itself. It can be tempting to launch into a new season, but let’s try to tentatively and mindfully move into Spring with ease, with nature as our guide. ​
